Grown at elevations of around 1,000 metres, this exceptional lot features a harmonious blend of Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí varieties. The lower altitude encourages the development of larger beans, resulting in a smooth, rounded cup with a soft, mellow acidity.
Sourced from dedicated smallholder producers across the Chiapas region delivered through the San Cristóbal de las Casas and Yajalón stations this coffee reflects both craftsmanship and care at every stage.
