A true expression of Ethiopia’s legendary coffee heritage, our Limu is a captivating and characterful cup one we hold in particularly high regard for its depth, vibrancy, and unmistakable allure.
 
Grown at elevations of around 1,600 metres in the lush Oromia region of southwest Ethiopia, this coffee is composed of carefully selected Eastern African heirloom varieties from just six dedicated farms.
 
The result is a beautifully curated lot that reflects both rarity and exceptional craftsmanship.
In the cup, Ethiopia Limu is wonderfully expressive rich and full-bodied, yet alive with a wild, wine-like intensity.
 
Layers of ripe fruit unfold into a natural sweetness, balanced by a smooth, rounded structure. Less floral than its Yirgacheffe counterpart, it leans into deeper, more indulgent notes, creating a cup that is both intriguing and luxuriously satisfying.
